Queensland Ballet respects our customers' right to privacy online. We hold your detailed customer information in confidence.

Queensland Ballet will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to customer information databases, communicating this policy statement to all Queensland Ballet employees and establishing and enforcing penalties for violating this statement.

Live Performance Ausralia Ticketing Code of Practice

Queensland Ballet is a member of Live Performance Australia (LPA) and adheres to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, a voluntary industry code setting out industry best practice standards of consumer protection for the ticketing of live entertainment events in Australia.
